Tina was born on January 9, 1967, to Chuck Rockwell and Pamela Shelton (Delatuer). On November 14, 1986, she married Jeff Graham, the love of her life. For nearly 40 years, they built a life together, raising a family, facing life's challenges, and sharing countless memories along the way. Their marriage was the foundation of the family Tina loved so dearly. Together, they raised their two children, Charles and Marie, and warmly welcomed their spouses, Katlyn Graham (Lolley) and Zach Arnold, as cherished members of the family. Tina was also a stepmother to Cami Graham. She was a proud grandmother to Maverick, whom she absolutely adored.

Family was always at the center of Tina's life. She was someone her loved ones could depend on, whether they needed advice, encouragement, or someone to step in when life became difficult. Her dedication to family extended well beyond her husband and children. Throughout her life, Tina cared for her uncle and both of her parents during their later years, remaining by their sides until their passing. Caring for the people she loved wasn't something Tina thought twice about. It was simply who she was. Tina was quick-witted, sharp, and had a wonderful sense of humor. She wasn't afraid to speak her mind and could always be counted on to tell you exactly what she thought. She was also a force to be reckoned with in competitive dart leagues, bringing her determination and competitive spirit to the game. Tina managed and handled the accounting at The River Haven in Hoquiam, a Graham family business. Whether at work or at home, Tina had a way of keeping things together. She was often the glue that held everything, and everyone, in place.

Tina loved spending time with her family, especially Jeff. Together, they enjoyed traveling and making memories, including several cruises exploring ports throughout the Caribbean and Alaska. She was a big fan of music and attended many concerts with friends and family.

At home, Tina enjoyed gardening and had a particular love for fuchsias and orchids. Every year, she grew a huge vegetable garden. Hummingbirds were her favorite, and she kept their feeders filled year-round, always appreciating their visits.

Tina valued the relationships she built with the people closest to her. She was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother, but she was also a best friend to her sister Audra, Jeff, and their children, a source of advice, and someone who would tell you exactly what she thought. She celebrated her family's accomplishments, supported them through their challenges, and was always willing to put their needs before her own. She taught her children to stand up for themselves, stay true to their convictions, and choose the hard path when it mattered.

Tina passed away on October 24, 2026, at the age of 59, surrounded by love. While her family is heartbroken by her passing, they find comfort in knowing she is no longer suffering.

She will be remembered for her strength, her quick wit, her wonderful sense of humor, and her unwavering dedication to family. She leaves behind over 40 years of love and memories with Jeff, a family she devoted her life to, and a lasting impact on everyone fortunate enough to have known her.
