Charlene Marie Seaman, 90, Aberdeen resident and former Secretarial Manager for the Central Intelligence Agency in Washington D.C., died Tuesday, June 16, 2026 at Pacific Care Center in Hoquiam, WA. There will be a celebration of life held at Central Park Neighborhood Church on Friday, June 19, 2026 at 1:00 PM. Please no black clothing. She and her late husband, Chaplain Dick Seaman, will be inurned at a later date at Tahoma National Cemetery in Kent, WA. Cremation arrangements are entrusted to Twibell’s Fern Hill Funeral Home in Aberdeen, WA.
